Exhibition Hall Procedures.
Before lease
-
- 1. Rental contract
- - Sign a rental contract
- - Down payment transfer (20% of contract amount)
- - Submit documents - Company profile
- 2. D-3 month
- - Midterm payment transfer (30% of contract amount)
- 4. D-7 day
- - Transfer: pay the balance (50% of contract amount) and utility deposit
- - Submit additional applications: if you require other facilities of GSCO
- - Submit documents
On Event

- 1. Installation
- - Permission is required if your exhibit items weights above 1 ton per 1 ㎡. renter should ask for GSCO’s approval by submitting item resource within 7 days before starting the event.
- - Equipment, exhibit items and components are allowed to bring through Loading Dock.
- - Exhibit facility and item installation can not exceed above 6m. Two storey structure installation is allowed if the conditions are met.
- - Construction company should be on the list of the designated companies by GSCO.
- 2. Ready for Event
- - Renter should discuss with GSCO about all the matters regarding event from preparation to practice.
- - Renter should arrange enough numbers of agents, security guards, and parking attendants for preventing accident and operating event efficiently.
- 3. On Event
- - Renter should discuss with GSCO about all the matters regarding event from preparation to practice.
- - Renter can request overtime by submitting an extra application. (Regular hours 08:00 ~ 20:00)
- - Renter should take charge of discarding all the wastes during the event.
- 4. Booth Tear Down
- - On closing event, exhibit item should be taken out and cleaned up after a power outage.
- - Items and equipment should be carried out in reverse order through Loading Dock.
Event end and settlement

- 1. End of event
- - Renter should announce to GSCO hall manager if the event has closed.
- - Renter should take charge of repairing facilities to an original state.
- 2. Balance Account
- - GSCO calculates maintenance fee by checking the usage of additional facility during the event after rental contract finished.
- - GSCO will notify official calculation statement of maintenance and rental fee within 7 days.
- - GSCO can request additional payment or refund remained amount according to the maintenance fee balance in advance.
- - GSCO will deliver the tax bill within 7 days from the end date of the event.
- ※ How are rates calculated?
- Rental rate and maintenance fee calculate as followed.
- Total payment = Rental area × unit price of rent × period of using area
- × monthly discount rate × discount·rate or overcharge rate
- - maintenance fee (including electricity fee + air conditioning/ heating(gas) fee
+ water and sewage fee + overtime fee(if it occurs)
